Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the production process from design approval to on-site delivery. Develop production schedules and manage timelines. Ensure compliance with client briefs and brand guidelines.Team & Vendor Management:
Supervise carpenters, fabricators, AV technicians, and on-ground staff. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Allocate and monitor manpower effectively.Quality & Safety Control:
Ensure all builds meet quality standards, safety regulations, and event specifications. Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.Budget & Costing:
Prepare cost estimates and control production expenses. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with account managers and clients for production updates. Provide technical inputs and suggest cost-effective solutions.On-Site Management:
Oversee setup, installation, and dismantling of exhibition stands and event structures. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of fabrication, materials, printing, and AV technology. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability. Knowledge of health & safety standards for events. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD/3D design software is a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
