Production Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced advertising field production manager.
Plan, organize, and manage field production activities for advertising projects (print, signage, outdoor, digital, events, etc.).
Supervise production staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee on-site installations (billboards, signage, displays, etc.) and resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all sites.
Strong knowledge of advertising materials, printing, fabrication, and installation processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills for team and vendor coordination.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design/production software is a plus.
Willingness to travel and supervise on-site works.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
