Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities related to CNC milling and lathe machines. Develop and optimize CNC programs for various components based on engineering drawings. Supervise machine operators and ensure proper setup and calibration of CNC machines. Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the shop floor. Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with the design, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience

in a similar role within a CNC machining or metal fabrication environment. Expertise in operating and programming

CNC Milling and Lathe machines

(Fanuc / Siemens / Mazak or similar controls). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models. Good communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the fabrication of precision components for automotive, oil & gas, or industrial applications. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality control systems. Certification in CNC Programming or CAD/CAM software is a plus.
