Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Production Manager
to oversee the end-to-end production process ofretail fit-out projects
, with a focus onstainless steel (SS)
andmild steel (MS)
fabrication. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily production activities for SS and MS fabrication, assembly, and installation of retail fit-outs. Ensure timely execution of production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to streamline production workflows. Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials, and machinery. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet design and structural standards. Enforce safety and health regulations in the production area. Supervise a team of welders, fabricators, CNC operators, and installers. Track material consumption, wastage, and maintain cost-effective practices. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as required. Liaise with clients or project teams during factory inspections or mock-up approvals. Recommend and implement continuous improvement strategies for production efficiency.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
