Job Summary

Digilab LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire production lifecycle of Interior Fitout, Glass & Aluminium, Joinery Works and related building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills and at least 8 years of experience in the UAE's interior Fitout and construction industry. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement effective production plans aligned with project requirements and timelines. Supervise and coordinate activities across Interior Fitout, Joinery, Glass & Aluminium and general construction divisions. Ensure optimal use of resources including labor, materials and machinery to maximize efficiency.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all works meet quality standards, client expectations and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and enforce adherence to company and industry best practices. Implement and maintain ISO or other quality certifications as applicable.

Team Management & Coordination:

Lead and manage production teams including supervisors, site foremen and skilled laborers. Coordinate with design, procurement and project management teams for seamless workflow and delivery. Monitor workforce performance, provide guidance and promote continuous skill development.

Cost Control & Budget Management:

Monitor production expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Track material usage, labor costs and equipment usage against budgeted estimates.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed across all production and site activities. Promote a culture of safety and compliance within all teams and subcontractors.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed production logs, material usage reports and progress records. Provide regular updates to the Project Director regarding progress, delays, risks and proposed solutions.
