Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager

to oversee and manage our structural steel fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale fabrication teams and experience in CNC-enabled production facilities. This role requires a highly organized and results-driven leader who can drive productivity, ensure quality, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, allocate, and manage manpower effectively, leading a team of

300+ workers

. Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to

cost, quality, and timeline targets

. Develop and implement productivity standards for

cost-efficient, time-bound production

. Monitor and control material and manpower costs to maintain predetermined standards. Manage and optimize the use of

CNC machinery

, including: Beam cutting Plate processing Drilling Shot blasting Painting Apply in-depth knowledge of

fit-up, welding, and painting

in compliance with

international standards

. Coordinate fabrication and installation activities, and interface with subcontractors when required. Ensure compliance with

safety procedures

and

quality control standards

. Identify and implement technical solutions to optimize production efficiency. Collaborate with

QA/QC

to manage inspection, testing, and quality documentation. Ensure timely delivery of fabricated components and alignment with project milestones. Regularly report progress and critical updates to senior management. Coordinate cross-departmental activities with

Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Project Control

. Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance across all fabrication activities. Drive performance toward the fulfillment of contractual and organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Strong technical understanding of structural steel fabrication processes and CNC machinery operations. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with quality assurance, production planning, and interdepartmental coordination. High level of integrity, commitment to safety, and quality standards.
