Production Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 25,000/month
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in the Ready Mix Concrete (RMX) industry, specifically within the UAE and Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple batching plants, ensuring consistent production quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day production activities across multiple RMX batching plants
Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely delivery of concrete to sites
Maintain optimal raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product standards
Ensure plant equipment and machinery are regularly maintained and fully operational
Lead, train, and manage plant staff to achieve performance targets and safety compliance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
Monitor and report on KPIs, production output, and operational costs
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to align production with customer requirements
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial/production role
Strong knowledge of RMX batching plant operations, production planning, and equipment maintenance
Familiarity with local UAE/Gulf region standards and regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
Monthly salary: AED 25,000
