Production Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demand and deadlines.
Manage and allocate labor, raw materials, equipment, and facilities for optimal use, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Set and enforce product quality standards, monitor output, detect and correct defects, and implement quality control programs.
Identify inefficiencies, research new methods, and implement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Liaise and coordinate with supply chain, design & engineering, finance, and other departments to align production with overall business objectives.
Maintain and improve the manufacturing mechanisms, including surveying and measuring the production, process, outcomes and profitability.
Responsible for manpower allocation in line with impending production and delivery targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
