We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our fabrication and vehicle workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production efficiency, managing project timelines, and ensuring top-quality outcomes across all manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production and fabrication operations within the vehicle workshop.
Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
Manage a team of production engineers and workshop staff.
Implement and maintain safety, quality, and operational standards.
Coordinate with project management and other departments for smooth project execution.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a production or workshop management role (vehicle/fabrication industry preferred).
Languages: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil.
Core Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of production planning and workflow.
Hands-on experience with workshop operations and quality control.
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination effectively.
