Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage comprehensive
production files, budgets, and BOQs
for multiple events.
Collaborate with
design and graphics teams
to ensure creative concepts meet technical requirements.
Prepare
shop drawings and technical documentation
for production execution.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the
primary liaison
between project managers, designers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Oversee
tender submissions
, ensuring cost accuracy and competitive pricing.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to secure
materials, resources, and services
within budget.
On-Site Supervision & Delivery
Lead
on-site installation and production build-up
, ensuring alignment with approved specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution during events.
Supervise
contractor and supplier teams
to maintain quality standards.
Resource & Quality Management
Determine necessary
workforce, materials, and equipment
for projects.
Enforce
health, safety, and quality control
protocols across all projects.
Ensure timely project delivery that meets or exceeds
client expectations
.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Event Production, or related field.
3-5 years of experience
in production or event management, preferably within large-scale events, exhibitions, or corporate activations.
Proven track record in
budget management, tender submissions, and vendor negotiations
.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.
