Job Title: Production Manager - Fit-Out & Furniture

Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 8,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Gender: Males only

The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all production activities related to fit-out and furniture manufacturing, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires full knowledge of materials, labor management, and end-to-end production supervision from start to completion. The candidate must have proven experience in managing fit-out and furniture production, ensuring a smooth workflow between designs, technical, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production operations for furniture and fit-out projects.

Oversee workshop activities, workforce distribution, and material flow.

Review and interpret technical drawings, materials, and project specifications.

Plan and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with procurement, design, and site teams for timely execution.

Ensure quality control at all stages of production and installation.

Supervise labour productivity and resolve any on-site challenges.

Monitor materials usage, minimize waste, and control production costs.

Report production status, issues, and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the fit-out and furniture industry.

Full knowledge of materials, joinery, finishes, and production processes.

Strong experience in labour and workshop management.

Ability to manage complete production cycles from start to completion.

Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation.

Excellent leadership, organization, and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
