We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Production Manager

to lead operations at our furniture manufacturing facility in

Ajman

. This is a full-time, factory-based position ideal for a proactive leader with a deep understanding of furniture production processes, including carpentry and upholstery.

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing daily activities, managing section heads, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules. Supervise and guide section heads, ensuring performance targets are clearly communicated and achieved. Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain quality control standards and work to minimize waste and rework. Collaborate closely with the design, logistics, and quality control teams to align production with overall company objectives. Prepare and submit daily reports outlining production status, issues, and recommendations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and team performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a production management role within the furniture or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Comprehensive knowledge of furniture production processes, including carpentry and upholstery. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Strong communication skills with fluency in both

Arabic and English
