Production Manager
Job Description
Merchlist is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our product manufacturing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and deadline management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage production schedules and output
Supervise team performance and ensure timely delivery
Maintain quality control standards
Handle production-related documentation
Communicate with suppliers and vendors
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in production or operations management (preferably in merchandising or apparel)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory tools, etc.)
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
