Job Responsibilities:



Oversee the production planning and implementation of medium-voltage complete equipment and ring main unit (RMU) orders at the Saudi factory.

Manage contract handover analysis, production schedule planning, delivery acceptance coordination, and packaging/shipping processes after contract signing at the Saudi factory.

Ensure adherence to technical and quality management standards during product manufacturing at the Saudi factory.

Develop production management and operational responsibilities for all levels, and ensure their implementation and compliance through training and supervision.

Enforce production process flows and work instructions, provide training, monitor compliance, and propose optimization suggestions.

Coordinate with the quality department for full-process quality inspection, improvement, and rectification of products.

Participate in product quality issue analysis and implement corrective actions.

Manage inventory and procurement needs for routine materials and standard components in the product line.

Organize maintenance of production equipment and manage safety supplies planning and logistics.

Supervise daily safety and behavioral safety management across all production workshops and teams.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for electrical or mechanical engineering backgrounds.

Work experience in production management, scheduling, and planning for medium-voltage complete equipment and RMU products.

Familiarity with production processes for medium-voltage equipment, including sheet metal processing, copper busbar fabrication, gas tank welding, spraying, secondary wiring, assembly, testing, and commissioning, as well as process control points at all stages.

Over 10 years of experience in production management within the medium-voltage switchgear and RMU industry.

Strong team leadership and management capabilities.

High resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in English as a working language.
