Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production. Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products. Implement quality control processes and quality assurance measures across production lines. Lead and develop the production team to enhance productivity and skill levels. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the bedding or furniture industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methods. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in production planning software and data analysis. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Male. 35 to 45 years of age. Saudi or Lebanese national.
