Role Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of all production activities

related to signage, event branding, and fabrication. This role ensures timely execution, quality

compliance, cost control, and coordination between pre-production planning and on-ground

execution.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control

Oversee all production activities across signage, event branding, and fabrication scopes. Convert approved designs and BOQs into executable production plans. Allocate jobs to internal teams and external vendors as required. Ensure adherence to timelines, specifications, and approved materials.
Team & Workshop Management

Lead and manage production supervisors, technicians, and outsourced teams. Plan manpower requirements and shift allocations based on workload. Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability on the production floor.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure strict quality control at every stage of production. Conduct checks on samples, mockups, and final outputs before dispatch. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site safety requirements.
Vendor & Resource Management

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers. Monitor material consumption and wastage. Support procurement with technical inputs and timelines.Coordination & Reporting Work closely with Pre-Production, Design, and Site Teams. Provide daily and weekly production status updates. Flag risks, delays, or constraints proactively and resolve them.
Core Capabilities & Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in the signage and events industry. Strong understanding of large-format printing, fabrication, and event production workflows. Proven experience managing teams and vendors. Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight event-driven timelines.
