Production Machine Operator Food Factory
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibility is to operate and maintain the machinery used in the production process. Your job description includes the following tasks:
1. Operating the machinery used in the production process, including setting up, starting up, and shutting down machines.
2. Monitoring the machinery during operation to ensure that it is working properly and producing high-quality products.
3. With the assistance of Maintenance Team, performing routine maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
4. Troubleshooting machinery problems and making adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency.
5. Following safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery.
6. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of raw materials used in the production process.
7. Maintaining production records and logs, including production output, downtime, and maintenance activities.
8. Collaborating with other team members, including production supervisors and quality control personnel, to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
9. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
10. Participating in training and development programs to improve technical knowledge and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
