Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a

Production Line Operator / Brewery Assistant

with

at least 2 years of experience

working on a

production line, bottling/packing line, or warehouse environment

, within

food or beverage manufacturing

.

This role is hands-on and physically active, ideal for someone who:

Has experience working on

production or packaging lines

Understands

hygiene, food safety, and factory discipline

Is reliable, organized, and able to follow processes and instructions Takes pride in cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency Is willing to learn and grow within a production environment

What You'll Do

As a Production Line Operator, you will support daily production and warehouse operations, including:

Preparing raw materials and ingredients for production Assisting with brewing, transferring, cooling, fermenting, and flavoring batches Operating and supporting

bottling, canning, carbonation, and kegging lines

Packing finished products and preparing orders for dispatch Cleaning and sanitizing production, packaging, and storage equipment (CIP and manual cleaning) Maintaining clean, organized, and hygienic production and warehouse areas at all times Following food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures Completing basic production, cleaning, and stock documentation Assisting with internal logistics, stock handling, and other operational tasks as required

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

starting AED

3,500 - 4,500

per month (based on experience) with bonus based on performance UAE labour contract and residency visa Health insurance Paid annual leave in line with UAE labour law Training and growth opportunities within production, packaging, and operations
