We are seeking an experienced

Production In-Charge

to oversee the entire production process of our lubricants, grease, and plastic can manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing productivity across all production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily production activities for lubricants, grease, and plastic can manufacturing. Ensure all packaging materials used for each order are accurate and as per specifications. Monitor and maintain finished goods inventory and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams. Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets on time. Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process. Coordinate with procurement and stores for the availability of raw and packaging materials. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards within the plant. Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the lubricants, grease, or plastic manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot, make quick decisions, and ensure operational efficiency.
