Highmoon Furniture, a leading office furniture manufacturing company in the UAE, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Production Incharge and Quality Controller. • Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality furniture products.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to established quality control standards.
• Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in the production process, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure effective coordination and seamless workflow.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and adherence to company policies.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to quality control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar combined role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Excellent understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using production management software and quality control tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
