Job Description
Sky Cosmetics is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Incharge to oversee and manage daily operations of our perfume manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing perfume production lines, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Supervise the complete perfume manufacturing process from raw material handling to final product packaging.
- Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and quality control teams to maintain production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and oversee maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Optimize production workflow to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Manage production staff and assign duties as per the production plan.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and dispatch deadlines.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in perfume or cosmetics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance blending, bottling, labeling, and packaging processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a production team.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing compliance and documentation procedures.
