Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Production Engineer / Material Engineer
with 2-3 years of hands-on experience instructural steel fabrication
andnesting operations
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, optimizing material usage, preparing cutting plans, coordinating with design and planning teams, and ensuring quality and delivery timelines are met.Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise daily steel fabrication activities. Interpret structural and fabrication drawings and ensure accurate execution. Coordinate with design, quality control, and procurement teams. Implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and productivity improvements. Monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality specifications. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirements
Immediate joining
(Within a week) Hands-on experience inNesting software
. Minimum 2-3years of experience
in steel fabrication or structural steel industry. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding procedures, and material standards. Familiarity with fabrication machinery and tools. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
Steel Fabrication: 2 years (Required) * Nesting: 1 year (Preferred)
