Job Description

Oversee daily marble production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Coordinate with drafting, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate production planning and material availability. Review shop drawings, cutting lists, and production schedules for accuracy and feasibility. Supervise production teams, fabricators, and machine operators to ensure quality workmanship. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. Implement production QC checks and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and meet project timelines. Prepare daily/weekly production reports and update management on progress and challenges. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company HSE policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field). Minimum

4-6 years of UAE experience

in marble, stone, or fit-out production. Strong knowledge of marble fabrication processes, cutting machines, polishing, and installation techniques. Excellent coordination and supervisory skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred:

Experience working in a factory environment (marble/stone). Familiarity with lean production practices.
