to oversee production activities and ensure seamless project execution.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Production Coordinator

with experience in

interior fit-out

projects and strong

AutoCAD skills

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and facilitating communication between design, production, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily production activities and workflow based on project schedules Review technical drawings and ensure accuracy and feasibility of production plans Collaborate with design and site teams to clarify specifications and resolve issues Use

AutoCAD

to review and interpret joinery and fit-out drawings Monitor material availability and coordinate procurement with the purchasing team Track project progress and report on production status Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Production Coordinator

in the

interior fit-out

industry Proficiency in

AutoCAD

is mandatory Strong understanding of fit-out and joinery processes, materials, and methods Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
