Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate installation and fit-out jobs
Supervise daily site activities and coordinate fit-out teams
Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and service issues
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all sites
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Manage logistics such as material delivery and team movement
Maintain records and report job progress to management
Requirements
Experience in fit-out operations, site coordination, production coordination, or customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of site logistics and installation workflows
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Proficient in
MS Excel
and
WhatsApp
for coordination
UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred Experience
1-3 years in fit-outs, interiors, construction, furnishings, or facility services
Experience with
curtains, blinds, or furnishing installations
is a plus
