Space Films is a Dubai-based production company delivering films, photography, studio services and premium drone operations across the UAE and MENA.

Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-driven

Production Coordinator

to keep our shoots running smoothly--owning schedules, permits, crew/equipment logistics, vendor bookings, and client comms across our

Film Production, Studio, and Drone

verticals.

What you'll do

Build and maintain

production schedules

, call sheets, and movement orders. Coordinate

crew, talent, equipment, transport

and studio bookings. Handle

permits/NOCs

and filings. Liaise with clients, venues, and vendors; confirm tech specs and access. Prepare

POs, petty cash, and cost trackers

; reconcile after shoots. Manage

risk assessments, HSE

basics, and insurance documents. Track deliverables through

pre-prod ? prod ? post

, keeping stakeholders updated. Maintain databases: vendors, freelancers, locations, gear. Support post-production handoffs (media logs, drive management, couriering).

What you'll bring

2-4 years

in production coordination/assistant producing (agency or production house). Strong

English

(spoken/written); confident, professional client communication. Solid command of

Google Workspace/MS Office

; basic budgeting in Sheets/Excel. Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management under pressure.

UAE driving licence

(preferred) and availability for occasional evenings/weekends.

Nice to have

Familiarity with

permit workflows and laws in UAE

. Arabic language will be addon.
