Coordinate and support the planning, production, and execution of event, exhibition, and interior fit-out projects. Act as a liaison between design, production, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate production schedules and project timelines Liaise with designers, draftsmen, and project managers Coordinate vendors, materials, and production activities Support site installation and dismantling works Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and smooth execution Maintain basic production documentation and progress reports
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 2-5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or fit-out Ability to read technical drawings Strong coordination and communication skills Willingness to work on site with flexible hours
