Production Coordinator

Role Description:

The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager and the Production team in managing day-to-day production activities, coordinating between departments, and ensuring a smooth workflow until final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience from a related industry and demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive job bags from the Production Manager with client confirmations and approvals, and execute/manage all in-house production accordingly.
Coordinate with the Production Manager and Foremen to finalize an optimized production plan for assigned projects.
Communicate effectively with production staff to ensure they fully understand client expectations and the required production processes for quality results.
Ensure seamless coordination with all concerned departments for flawless project execution.
Maintain close follow-up with clients regarding their specifications and ensure that the project progresses in full alignment with client requirements and timelines.
Coordinate and prepare mockups, and obtain approvals from Sales Executives and clients prior to final delivery.
Coordinate manpower requirements for installations.
Provide installation teams with accurate documentation and detailed briefs for precise execution.
Conduct debrief sessions with installation and production teams after project completion, pack-up, and removals.
Perform any other tasks assigned as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Strong adherence to company guidelines and expected behaviors in line with company culture.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Prior experience as a Production Coordinator in a similar industry is mandatory*.

Quick learner with a passion for teamwork.
Ability to work independently after initial orientation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence workers and Foremen to optimize productivity and quality.
