, ensuring accurate planning, quality control, and on-time delivery across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee production activities from initial planning to final execution. Work closely with office-furniture manufacturers, joinery partners, and suppliers to ensure top-tier quality and timely output. Track and manage production schedules, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with design, procurement, factory, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Assist in procurement activities

, including requesting quotations, following up with suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of materials, hardware, and components. Monitor product quality, finishes, materials, and craftsmanship to ensure compliance with NAVO standards. Identify production issues early, troubleshoot efficiently, and implement process improvements. Maintain detailed records of production activities, costs, and material usage. Assist in inventory planning, forecasting, and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience

in production coordination within the

office furniture industry

. Strong understanding of production planning, furniture materials, panel processing, quality control, and logistics. Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective interaction with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
