About the Role:

We are seeking a

Production Coordinator

to support the smooth and efficient operation of our factory floor. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of aluminium and metal works projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily production activities and workflow in the factory. Monitor job progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. Communicate with supervisors, CNC operators, and other team members to track project status. Maintain production documentation, reports, and logs accurately. Assist in planning and organizing raw material and labour resources. Identify and resolve any production issues or delays quickly and efficiently. Ensure all health, safety, and company standards are followed on the shop floor.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in metal works or aluminium fabrication. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.). Must be currently available in the UAE.
