We are hiring Production clerk for Plastic & Paper Product manufacturing company based in Dammam. Role : The role of Production Clerk within the Planning and Development Department is to improve the work force productivity and quality by eliminating potential production delays. This is achieved by maintaining the corporate database by performing data entry of the processes, production and ERP system daily. Duties
Performs data entry of process, production and ERP system on a daily basis
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
Applies customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output
Secures and protects information by completing data base backups
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments \xe2\x80\xa2 Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests \xe2\x80\xa2 Make travel arrangements for office personnel
Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services
Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes
Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software
Count, weight, measure, or organize materials
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of production activities, business transactions, and other activities
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends
Very Good command of Arabic and English (Written, Spoken & Read)
Qualifications -
High School Degree
Fluent in MS-Office
Bilingual
