Key Responsibilities:
Use
AutoCAD
and similar engineering tools to prepare, delegate, and track production work.
Plan and optimize
plasma cutting nesting
for sheet metal and plate jobs.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely job execution.
Prepare cutting lists, layouts, and job cards for operators.
Assist in scheduling and planning production for efficiency across multiple projects.
Monitor progress and support troubleshooting during fabrication.
Ensure quality and accuracy of work as per client and project requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a
metal fabrication / engineering production
environment.
Strong working knowledge of
AutoCAD
and related tools.
Prior experience with
plasma cutting nesting and sheet optimization
is essential.
Understanding of various
metals, machining, and fabrication processes
.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into production-ready plans.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum of
2-4 years relevant experience
in a technical production role.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
