supports daily production operations at Paradigm 3D's advanced additive manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali. This role is ideal for mechanical diploma holders looking to start or grow their careers in modern manufacturing, aerospace-grade production, and 3D printing technologies.
You will support production workflows, assist with machine operations, perform basic mechanical tasks, and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing jobs.
Assist in operating production equipment including 3D printers, CNCs, and post-processing machinery.
Prepare raw materials, tools, and components for daily production.
Support machine setup, part loading/unloading, and operate equipment under supervision.
Monitor machines during operation and immediately report abnormalities or downtime.
Assembly & Fabrication Support
Support basic assembly, fitting, and finishing of mechanical components.
Handle post-processing operations such as support removal, sanding, drilling, cleaning, and part preparation.
Work according to engineering drawings, SOPs, and technical instructions.
Quality, Inspection & Documentation
Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, and other tools.
Record production data, job sheets, and inspection logs accurately.
Verify that parts meet quality and safety requirements before submission to the next stage.
Workflow & Production Support
Maintain an organized and clean production workspace following 5S standards.
Assist in inventory tracking of consumables, tools, and raw materials.
Help supervisors with daily production schedules, job tracking, and reporting.
Follow all safety protocols, equipment handling guidelines, and maintenance routines.
Required Qualifications
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or similar.
Basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
Ability to read simple engineering drawings and use measurement instruments.
Comfortable working with machines, tools, and workshop equipment.
Strong discipline, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CNC machines, AM machines, mechanical workshop tools, or industrial machinery.
Exposure to additive manufacturing / 3D printing processes.
Understanding of dimensional inspection and basic metrology.
Familiarity with production documentation and shop-floor workflows.
