Job Description

Role Summary:

We're looking for a creative and organized Production Assistant Intern to support our media production team. You'll gain hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing shoots.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets

Help manage props, wardrobe, and shoot logistics

Coordinate with talent, crew, and vendors

Support in scheduling, call sheets, and organizing production timelines

Take behind-the-scenes content for social media (when required)

Handle general administrative and organizational tasks

Support post-production team with basic editing, file transfers, or backups

Requirements:

Studying or recently graduated in Media, Film, or a related field

Interest in video/photo production

Good communication and multitasking skills

Flexible and eager to learn

Basic editing or camera knowledge is a plus

Internship Details:

Location: On-site at Innovex Agency in Dubai
