Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Product Trainer
to train and develop our store staff. The trainer will ensure employees are equipped with in-depth product knowledge, strong customer service skills, and confidence to promote and sell ourbeauty and skin care products.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs on skin care and cosmetic products for store teams. Train staff on product benefits, application techniques, and sales approaches. Conduct regular refresher sessions and workshops to ensure knowledge retention. Collaborate with the operations and sales team to identify training needs. Monitor staff performance post-training and provide coaching support. Develop training materials, manuals, and visual aids. Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience as a
Product Trainer or Beauty Trainer
in the retail or beauty industry (preferred). Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skin care, and beauty products. Ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels. Flexible to travel across stores in the UAE. Fluency in English(Arabic is a plus).
