Position:
As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product training sessions for both internal sales teams and external partners. Your mission is to effectively communicate the technical features, unique technologies, and USP (unique selling propositions) of LYNXauto products across all categories of spare parts.
You will conduct live and online training sessions, motivate and inspire participants, and act as a brand ambassador who leaves a lasting emotional connection with the audience.
We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic individual with a strong background in training, capable of delivering sessions with energy and persuasion. Experience working in a multicultural environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver product training programs for employees and partners
Communicate complex technical information in an engaging and accessible way
Inspire participants and foster brand loyalty through emotional involvement
Customize training content based on audience: internal teams, distributors, mechanics
Gather feedback and continuously improve the training experience
Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to align messaging
Act as the voice of the brand during events, exhibitions, and webinars
Requirements for the candidate
Proven experience in sales and/or training
Strong product knowledge in key spare parts categories (e.g., suspension, brake systems, ignition)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to emotionally engage, energize, and motivate the audience
Understanding of customer psychology and sales techniques
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, Japanese is a strong advantage)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Based in Dubai or open to relocation
