Due to continued growth in the region, EOMAC are looking to add the right positive and enthusiastic candidate to their expanding team in the Dubai office.

EOMAC was founded over 35 years ago in Toronto, Canada and has grown to offices in the UK, UAE and more are planned for the near future. EOMAC is internationally renowned as a market leader in acoustic treatments and fitout solutions, having completed projects in over 70 countries on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard!

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the R&D of EOMAC products.

- Use different software and programming for prototyping and product development.

- Complete takeoffs and estimates for different production lines.

- Provide reports and documentation to the wider team for product/ project execution.

- Prepare different product drawings and blueprints.

- Compiling and altering different drawings.

- Quantity Survey and preparation of as-built drawings.

- Ensure quality control during the product prototyping cycle.

- Inspecting and surveying projcts with other professionals and clients at an early stage to agree a project brief.

- Work closely/coordinate with other professionals such as senior management, production managers, operations teams, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, manufacturers and suppliers.

- Develop detailed designs and methodologies for the construction stage.

- Co-ordination with the internal project management team throughout the entire life cycle of products & projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Degree in Industrial design, Product Design, & Product Engineering.

- Fluent in English (written and verbal).

- Proficiency in Unity Engine, 3D modelling software, CNC software, Autodesk software and Adobe software.

- Confident working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package.

- 12+ years of experience in a similar role within a production facility or product-oriented company.

- Conscientious work ethic with a keen eye for detail.

- Must be meticulously organised and have the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

- Good communicator.

- Team player.

- Skills to read and interpret product designs and architectural drawings.

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet customer needs.

- Comfortable working alone and/or as part of a team.
