We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Product Team Lead

to oversee the product function, driving innovation and excellence throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic vision to guide the product team in delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

As the Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of product professionals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and shaping product direction based on market research, customer insights, and industry trends. You will play a pivotal role in coaching your team, managing priorities, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess the skills below and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will be located in Dubai Investment Park 2, UAE.

Role & Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Oversight

Lead, mentor, and manage the product team, fostering growth and accountability. Set team goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. Build a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Lifecycle Management

Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle--from ideation and design to launch and post-launch improvements. Ensure products meet quality standards through testing and compliance checks. Monitor product performance and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with production, design, technical support, and project management teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Act as the key point of contact between leadership and the product team.

Training & Communication

Deliver training and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to support product launches and innovations. Represent the product function in executive updates, presentations, and strategy meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills

Strong ability to interpret and review lighting technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Leadership & Soft Skills

Proven experience leading and motivating product teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and proactive approach

Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in the lighting industry or related field. Background in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred. Prior experience in a leadership or team management role. Demonstrated success in managing product strategy, lifecycle, and team performance.
