Job Title: Product Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with dealers and customers to troubleshoot and rectify issues in the assigned territory.

- Prepare failure information report.

- Communicate to headquarters on the resolution of field issues.

- Conduct dealer and customer visits where necessary.

- Promote spare parts and service sales solutions.

- Provide support for the machine sales department on product launch events, tender document preparation, and other sales support.

- Be a technical expert and a single point of contact for the company\'s products in the assigned territory.

- Collect, consolidate, and communicate customer requirements for future product development activities.

- Process warranty claims in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Vehicle, Material, Electrical).

- Strong Technical understanding of earth moving, construction, and mining equipment.

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.

- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and Arabic (speaking, reading & writing) is an advantage.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and be flexible to meet deadlines.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solving.

- Computer skills and knowledge of internet-based application is a must.

- The ability to travel is an advantage.

- A UAE Driving License is a must.
