This means we are often looking to expand our team & as such, we have a great opportunity for a Product Specialist, Immunology, to join us in Kuwait. This role will allow you to develop your communication, selling and relationship management skills and it is a step toward more complex roles in our organization, including international roles in time. There are future development opportunities via switching to other therapeutic areas or via moving to larger sales or commercial roles. What you will DO: Health Care providers (HCP) relationship management Deliver performance & beyond in the portfolio; Create a pre-call plan & effectively evaluate calls & documents post-call; Effectively handle objections & gain a logical call to action/close on every call; Educate medical providers & staff. Clinical and Market Knowledge Development Share best practice to enhance business success across the Brand Teams; Initiate, develop, & implement a growth plan for current position & future opportunities; Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market, & competitive intelligence expertise. Territory Management

Develop and update an engagement plan focused on key HCPs to exceed goals; Develop a cycle journey plan that optimizes coverage & frequency to key HCPs & ensures the ability to achieve call plan metrics; Mentor new reps to enhance collaborative ways of working; Network with the field team to ensure support to best address the HCP needs. What you BRING: Practical knowledge & understanding of HCPs & disease area requirements; Good understanding of the market challenges & opportunities; Great sense of ethics & integrity; Curiosity and ability to learn & improve.

What you HAVE: Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies or an equivalent discipline; Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology &/or pharmaceuticals; Fluency in English & Arabic.
