We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Product Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

flooring and wall cladding materials

, their applications, and current market trends. You will act as the key point of contact for product knowledge, training, and technical support, while working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and sales performance.

Serve as the

subject matter expert

for flooring and wall cladding products across all sales channels. Work with the

sales team

to provide product support and conduct product presentations.

Train staff

(internal and external) on product features, installation techniques, and maintenance requirements. Collaborate with

marketing

to develop product brochures, specifications, and promotional materials. Monitor

market trends, competitor products

, and customer feedback to provide input on product development or modifications. Ensure all product data, samples, and technical documents are

accurate and up to date

.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a similar role within the

flooring

sales industry. Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi) are a plus. Knowledge of

interior trends and materials

. Understanding of

installation methods and site-level coordination

. Strong product knowledge of

wood flooring, vinyl, SPC, WPC, tiles, decorative panels

, and other wall cladding materials. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Proficient in MS Office and product catalog management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a

fast-paced sales environment

. Strong organizational skills and

attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
