Own the
product roadmap

formulation to packaging
--that customers love and rebuy.

Claims & compliance pack

What you'll do
Lead
NPD
with contract manufacturers; own briefs, benchmarks, QA.
Partner with Growth on positioning/claims; with Operations on supply/quality.
Steward brand standards across
formula, fragrance, sustainability

Must?haves
Cosmetics/skincare
product development
and vendor management.
Understanding of
INCI
, claims substantiation, stability, basic regulatory.
