. Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. . To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. . Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product . Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented. . Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency. . Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients . Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory. . Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible. . Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory . Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations . Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Minimum requirements . Bachelors' degree in pharmaceutical science. . Minimum 2 years Previous Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in UAE . . Previous experience in the oncology / Hematology therapy area is a must. . Professional approach and a good team player. . Comprehensive understanding of Dubai pharmaceutical market . Proven Project Management skills . Outstanding selling skills . Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint . Planning and organization skills . Impactful presentation skills . Fluency in English
