Your responsibilities

• Market Situation Analysis - Follows and understands MOSE products market and customer requirements and their impact on the offering portfolio. Conducts valuations of market size and trends, conducts competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluates the ABB position.
• Existing Portfolio - Ensures technical solutions can be used across the option Service division offering portfolio. Manages the technical specification of product assigned and supports the Product Manager in developing the business case for offering developments, maintenance and cost reduction. Offering energy efficiency solution to customer with cost effective to be competitive. Presenting technical solutions to customer to position ABB offering. Design engineering and offering of MOSE products.
• New Portfolio Development - Collects and analyses standards, market requirements, customer needs and values as an input for producing a MOSE product road map. From identified opportunities, supports the Global Product Manager in creating the business case for development projects or offering transfers.
• Product Market Communications - Prepares offering market communication materials, including support for new offering launches on MOSE products.
• Product Values - Clarifies offering positioning within the MOSE portfolio, with defined values per offering line to address different segment needs.
• Offering to Market - Keeps Product Group, Sales and channels informed on topics related to the offering, such as new offering availability, market, competition, quality, configuration, trends and limitations. Provides sales support, participates in customer meetings and attends trade shows on request. Supports marketing programs. Ensures appropriate training material is available for use both internally and externally. Prepares price lists for review and approval, and delivers customer quotations.
• Prepares various analyses by market, product and competitors. Collaborates with internal teams to share data as needed. Proposes new offering development or offering enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs. Contributes to the definition of new offering technical characteristics by providing specific expertise.
• Process Development - Drives technical solutions across the offering line on MOSE. Maintains and follows annual cycle of activities to govern product management for assigned offering. Delivers new offering training to internal teams and customers.
• Sustainability - Implement the Sustainability strategy for the global Offering portfolio, taking the necessary steps to support ABB's commitment to circular economy.

Your background

• Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor of Engineering, with 5 years experience in related field.
• Essential requirements a candidate must have:
• Technical know-how on VFD and Motors
• Technical know-how on MOSE service products
• Knowledge on Tools and sales process of ABB
• Sales experience on Motion products
• Preferred requirements a candidate nice to have:
• Sizing and design knowledge on VFD and Motors
• Engineering knowhow on motion products
• Experience of executing motion projects
• VFD programming and application knowledge
• Motion products training capabilities
• Knowledge on SFDC, LCA, drive size, EE tools, Motor tools.
• Fluent in English is required.
