We are now seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Specialist - Medical Equipment & Pharmaceuticals to join our dynamic team.

Position: Product Specialist - Medical Equipment & Pharmaceuticals (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)

Key Responsibilities

Detail and promote pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers

Conduct scientific presentations and continuous medical education

Build and maintain strong relationships with key prescribers

Execute territory action plans and ensure proper product positioning

Promote and support assigned medical devices across hospitals and clinics

Provide product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical case support

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams

Achieve sales objectives and contribute to market growth strategies

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence

Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field

Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting general surgeons, colorectal specialists, or minimally invasive surgery teams

Strong presentation skills and the ability to support clinical cases confidently

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop strategic account plans and manage key accounts

High level of professionalism and ability to work independently

UAE residency and a valid UAE driving license are preferred

Willingness to travel within assigned territories and adapt to a fast-paced medical environment
