Key Responsibilities:
Monitor global and local market trends in gifting, materials, packaging, and consumer preferences.
Continuously scout for unique, premium gifting products globally
Lead the design and development of gifting solutions in collaboration with the sales teams and ensure products meet quality and brand standards.
Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to source new products and stay ahead of trends.
Source innovative and premium gifting products globally. Manage vendor negotiations, pricing, and quality control. Lead a team of procurement executives (reportees). Develop customized gifting concepts with creative packaging. Coordinate international logistics & timely deliveries. Handle supplier onboarding, costing, and product development. Stay updated with market trends, festivals, and client demands. Supervise coordination of international shipments, freight forwarding, and customs processes.
Maintain accurate records of product catalogs, pricing sheets, supplier details, and procurement reports.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sourcing activities, cost savings, and vendor performance.
