You will be part of a fast-paced, committed and knowledgeable team and will be tasked with ensuring that our customers are aware of the product details size and specific nuances that a product may have. The accuracy and attention to detail will ensure our customers can make their online purchases with the confidence and knowledge based on the information provided.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Describe product design details and USPs consistently and eloquently.
• Communicate size and fit details within the copy, working closely with the styling team to ensure size checks are done on model set.
• Ensure all products are accurately and appropriately measured
• Understand the communication between size and fit and other departments.
• Take customer feedback and returns into consideration to address any issues of concern promptly
• Meet daily upload targets and be measured on productivity, content accuracy and quality.

ABOUT YOU:

• Excellent written English
• Excellent presentation and communication
• Good working knowledge of all menswear and women\'s wear brands within the company, trends and technical terms

• Ability to work confidently as part of a team and autonomously.
• Confident to liaise with a variety of departments and colleagues on different levels.
• Experience working with stringent deadlines.
• Outstanding work ethics and ability to multi-task.
• Numerate with good computer literacy
