The Product Promoter is responsible for demonstrating, promoting, and selling products directly to customers in retail stores, events, or public areas. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to create product awareness, attract potential buyers, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and demonstrate products to potential customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials when applicable.
Encourage sales by highlighting special offers or promotions.
Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the sales/marketing team.
Set up and maintain attractive product displays and booths.
Achieve assigned sales and promotion targets.
Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand image during all promotions.
Provide after-sales support and guide customers on product usage if required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a promoter, sales representative, or in customer service preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, confident, and energetic personality.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
