Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Product Photographer/Videographer with proven experience in the cosmetics industry to join our content and creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality imagery and video content that showcases our beauty products in visually engaging ways across e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns. A strong understanding of lighting, composition, and how to highlight textures such as powders, creams, and liquids is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph and film cosmetic products in both studio and lifestyle settings for use across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, campaigns). Edit photos and videos with a focus on brand consistency, high-quality resolution, and visual storytelling. Style and arrange beauty products to enhance product features, packaging, textures, and color payoff. Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy. Produce short-form and long-form video content, including product showcases, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage. Maintain and organize digital assets in an efficient file management system. Set up and manage photography/videography equipment, including lighting, cameras, and backdrops. Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, social media content styles, and emerging creative tools.

Requirements:

Experience in product photography/videography, specifically within the

cosmetics or beauty industry

. Strong portfolio showcasing cosmetic photography, video work, and editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Deep understanding of lighting techniques, camera settings, and post-production workflows. Experience capturing product textures (e.g., swatches, gloss, shimmer, cream, powder). Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media-first content creation. Knowledge of product styling, prop sourcing, and set design. Familiarity with retouching and color correction for skin tones and product shades. Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.
