Product Owner (government Solution Products)
Job Description
Product Owner (Government Solution Products) is an expert on the GS Cards & Platforms, how it works, how it enables our partners, and ultimately how it solves customer problems. They are responsible for planning, designing and positioning of GS products, including development of collateral materials and documentation, providing business requirements in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and working closely with engineering teams to deliver best-in-class products.
The product owner responsibilities include defining the product vision, building, and managing product user stories, supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the product feature. Product owner will also be responsible to work and lead the Scrum team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization also track progress and build Go to market strategy for launching new products.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of product development & management experience. Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and proficiency in prototyping, understanding of Agile principles Proven track record of building & delivering market fit payment product Knowledge on product development & product management is essential Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment * Better to have understanding of payment platforms/applications, platform orchestration functionalities
